CSTEMS, INC.

Initially, the company was established as a sole proprietorship business registered nationally with the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) under the trade name of CSTEMS IT SERVICES on January 2012. As a sole proprietor business, CsteMs IT Services was able to provide the professionalism, competency, and global work standards and ethics that clients want from a service provider. With just a little over a year of doing business, demand to provide more offshore Electronic Discovery (eDiscovery) services grew and the business started hiring employees.

As more employees were hired through the years, CsteMs IT Services now needs to be incorporated. By February 2017, CsteMs, Inc. was then formally incorporated with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). Currently, aside from the rising demands of eDiscovery, plans to finally provide developer services are ongoing.

Furthermore, as a part of the company’s long-term expansion plans, the company’s direction is geared towards establishing a Research and Development Division to cater to the future of the Information Technology (IT) industry in the country, such as Robotics and Artificial Intelligence (AI). With the wide array of IT service providers in the country, saturation from the basic IT services is already becoming more and more prevalent. Being an industry visionary, an early establishment of the company’s foundation on these new services will certainly make CsteMs, Inc. one of the key role players in the future of the local market industry.
